Character Visits

Invite one of our characters to a party we host, your own party, a company picnic, restaurant family night, daycare, scouts meetup, anywhere you like! Don't see your character listed? We service most custom requests so just ask!

We offer a large group of character artists comprised of our on in-house talent. Consequently, we are able to offer both polished entertainment and reliability for your special day. Hundreds of St. Louis families and business have counted on Once Upon A Bash to take their celebrations over the top since 2007!

Payment: Deposits are required to reserve your time slot. Deposits are calculated as 50% off your total entertainment fee. You may reschedule your event at no cost, but all deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is due the day of your event, prior to your start time.

TO CHECK AVAILABILITY OF A DATE: Just submit your cart without payment so that your event summary and contact info may be emailed to us. We'll get back to you right away. Or just give us a call!
